Schematic for cross over circuit to split high / low guitar input

Does anyone have a schematic for a circuit that would divided hi/lo freqencys after the input buffer to process seperately until mixed again at the end of the effect? I could see this as being very useful in serveral modulation projects im dreaming up. Any help would be apprecaited.

Craig Anderton's QuadraFuzz circuit might give you some ideas. Looks similar to the concepts in Thomas's board.
