Aqua Boy Deluxe modulation speed too slow - solved

Hello all,

I am building Aqua Boy Deluxe.
The delay works nice, but the modulation speed is way slow (from about 0.5s to over 1s with knob adjustment).

I have little idea about LFO, so let me know where can I start debugging.

I am using VTL5C3, 9v supply, after replacing r50&51 to 5.1k, the amount of modulation works fine.

I checked resistor and capacitor values, and it seems ok.

I checked the values again today, and found I used wrong value on r47 (supposed to 4.7k but used 47k.. tricky numbers)
