Nom Nom - Which 5.1 Zener diode?

Wow, I had no idea how many words had "nom" in them until I tried a search for this... 

I am wondering if it matters which 5.1 zener I use in the Nom Nom. Mouser has a lot to choose from. Those of you that have built this pedal, what did you use?
