Rc-filter SVF help

So, I have built this SVF and it works great.I have two of them on my bass, one for each pickup.
I need some help understanding how the rc-filter works here.
On the neck pickup pre, since I wanted to go deeper on the bass frequencies, I've changed the value of the C4 and C5 caps to around 22n each.I then tried to change only one of caps to 10n because I thought that way I could go deeper on the bass side and leave intact the higher register.Well, while that did happen on the higher register, also on the bass side the bass doesn't go deeper as if there are two 22n caps there.

So, thought of the day:If I replace the stereo pot with a 100k instead of the 50k and leave the standard 10n caps there, will I go from the original 288.6hz/4822.88hz to 154.07hz/4822.88hz!; basically only changing the depth of the bass side???
