gruntbox v4 sus knob buzz like a demon

OK so built a gruntbox and everything is great except that the sus knob has some horrible buzz to it. when you turn it up it just gets worse( it is there even at zero) checked all my connections. went over my wiring many many times. not sure what the issue is. This is only my third buidl so maybe there is an area that i over looked. can anyone point me in the right direction?

my appologies it is is a v.1  I checked the trannies q1 2 3 all messure .10 when the dmm is set to 20k ohm ( not sure if i did that part right) here are some pics... please help. i can tell it has great tone in there , its just this buzz that i get when the pedal is turned on.
