G'day to all Matt here, and as the title suggests, i'm looking for some info on a canadian? Amp, with the brand name Clara.
It's a jtm45 clone, supposedly high quality, hand built amp made somewhere in Canada, Has anyone heard of them, or know much about them. I've done the google thing, but there is not a lot of info on them, thanks, Matt.

Their website www.claramps.com has expired but you can use the internet archive aka "the wayback machine" to get some info.

The were located in calgary, you can find their old email and phone number are available if that is of any use.

It looks like the web site was active around 2007 - 2010

here is one example

I am pretty sure they are still in business, a couple of the guys at my favourite guitar shop are getting some built right now, but beyond that I dont know much about them.  Seen one of their plexi heads once upon a time, looked pretty sweet.
The only known cure in the world for GAS is death.  That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
