Sunking troubleshoot - volume control functioning in bypass.

Hi there,
I've built a few sunkings for buddies using the single sided etched board. I've completed one for myself. Everything works fine except in buffered bypass the volume pot controls the output level. I've tripled checked my wiring and for pcb shorts, but to no avail.
Any thoughts?

Double-check the wiring and soldering on your footswitch. I had a similar problem on one build where I missed soldering one of the connections, and it caused the volume pot to affect the bypass level.
