Solder Paste

What solder paste is the correct one to use?
I am a confident solder jockey and not a soldering beginner.  But am willing to expand my horizon toward this.
I appreciate any assistance, and I think there are several interested forumites.

For soldering paste, I use this stuff http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=121275877627 I've just ordered a new type though to try out.

For normal solder, I generally use 0.7mm 60/40 with a flux core.
