so I used to own one of these back in the 1980's. it was a really cool pedal. I was very happy to find the schematic for it a few months ago. I recently started building pedals and electronic circuits, but have no clue as to make a layout for it.  I have tried a bunch of stuff and just cant get passed this hurdle. Anyone willing to make a layout for me?

Looks like a Ross/Dyna Comp derivative. Double check the schem against one, but I'd put money down you could build this thing using a Ross Comp board.

Yep, Jacob is spot on. There are Ross PCBs around, but I'd recommend the Engineer's Thumb (which you can get at Jacob's store) because it has the same tones with a whole lot less noise.
