Diode Micro Current?

Hey guys,
I'm putting together a master parts spreadsheet complete with Mouser part numbers and I was wondering if I should be concerned with the micro current (Zener current) ratings for diodes.  For instance, these Vishay 1N4742's are 76mA, while the Fairchild's are 21mA.  All other values are the same, except for the price of course.
