Enclosure spacers anyone?

Has anyone seen or know of where to get spacers to make a 1590bb enclosure taller for more clearance?

Yeah I am mounting up a dual pedal I made for a friend and don't quite have enough clearance. I'm trying to find a way to salvage the build. Will definitely have to go beigger next time. Thanks for the tip. Anyone have any ideas on how to give more clearance?

Use a light emitting border and cut out the middle. I did that once and it bought me about a 1/4 inch more depth.

Considering the cost and the work cutting the light plate you might be better off buying a bigger/deeper enclosure.

To reduce cost (and make the cutting a bit easier) you could use a bit of wood/particle board. Sand flat, paint same color as enclosure, done!! But you also have to find some longer screws......

+1  I've done this a couple times.  Works great.  Just drill out the lexan where you need more space.  Don't buy a pre-made one.  Just buy a piece of lexan at Lowe's or Home Depot.  Lexan is much easier to work with than acrylic, btw.  Way more forgiving
