Question guys- I have an old belton 2 spring I lifted out of a $5 Kustom thrift store amp that I scrapped for parts. If possible, I'd like to turn this into a project. I found the pcb art for a design from JD at GGG, and I was wondering if that would be a good place to start. Thoughts? is it even worth the trouble?

spring reverbs are usually specifically designed to operate on specific models of reverb tanks, mostly because reverb tanks have varying input and output impedance from model to model. the GGG design may work, but it would likey work _better_ if the drive circuit is slightly tweaked to match the specs of the tank. luckily, this should really only involve changing a handful of components. this website might be a good place to start looking for the appropriate mods.

Awesome! Maybe I'll build report it if it works out
