Thanx:) ... But I actually think that you covered my question with your answer. Flux->tweezers->solder on tip. If it were me, I also had to add a magnifier .

I think most people would want a magnifier.  Luckily, there are many inexpensive options out there.

There are also pricier options, like a microscope, which is my preference.
