Lense type LED holders??

I have seen these here somewhere, maybe on some of Raulduke's builds..

A couple of questions -

1) what are they?
2) where do I get them?
3) do they come in 3mm?

1). They are Fresnel lenses

2) in US, you can then from mouser.  I believe Farnell carries them in the UK.

3). Yes, they do come in 3mm.

The problem I've had is knowing what else to order with them. There are spacers, retaining clips etc.
Can anybody help with this?

There are different spaces, so you really have to check the datasheet.  Those usually have the part numbers for the spacers.  At least that is how I found them a while back.
