Zombii dosen't zombii/help a beginner find the problem

I'm a beginner and decided, for whatever reason, that etching and building a zombii fuzz box from the old project was a good idea. Far as I can tell I did everything pretty much right, etched the board myself for the first time, and all that.

Problem: I've re-wired the 3pdt twice and each time arrived at the same problem. If there is a cord inserted in the input socket, the LED is on, regardless of if I have switched the effect on or off. Furthermore, clean bypass sound works, but effect does not.

Any tips on what might be going on or how to figure it out? I really want to bring this dead body back to life (har har)

If the board itself works, perhaps the 3PDT is bad? Rare, but it happens.

Sounds, like you have the ring of the input jack connected to the FX In or IN of the 3PDT.
