bypassing the chargepump on the Kingslayer

I was following the "bare bones" Klon project posted on FSB, where the charge pump is eliminated...I tried building it up on veroboard and liked it, but it took forever to do (veroboard drives me nuts).   I have a Kingslayer board and want to build it up but modify it to not include the charge pump.  Any suggestions on how I can do this?

If I recall (never built it) the king slayer is bi-polar powered so you can't easily, at least on a bean board.

I think the Kingslayer was designed to actually make good use of the extra supply anyway.
