Pasty Face (ToneBender) wrong power supply- burned up?

Hi guys,
I took about a year off from oppulating a Pasty Face PCB to finally wiring up.
I forgot about the positive power supply and accidentally tried to run it off negative AC power.
Well its not working, even after I realized my mistake and hooked it up to the correct power.
So as far as trouble shooting, Im not sure if I burned up a cap or diode, or if it has a protected measure to prevent damage and there is a different problem.
Any ideas?
If you all think it's most likely something else, then I will use the usually guides for trouble shooting.

Pull the 4001.

Take and post voltages if it's still not working.
