Am just getting ready to order parts for the next builds. I want to do this one, Fred Briggs' E11even:

Where does one find a 470k pot (in Europe)? Can I just use a 500k one?
I intended to get 9mm pots for it all to go in a 1590a, so probably not this: http://www.musikding.de/Omeg-Poti-20mm-470k-lin
....

Thank you!

Just use a 500K, it won't make a bit of difference.

Thank you!
Parts for the Cardinal are already added, very much looking foward to that one.

buy a some 500K pots and measure them, because of the tolerance one of them might me 470K, but as Jon said a 500K would do anyway.

It's a variable resistor in the build he's making. There's no setting on a 470K pot that isn't also found on a 500K or even 1M.
