LOVE the graphics on this. The sprockets... the honeycomb... color choices... man, killer design.

I just bought my first cyclocross bike... so I appreciate this even more now  ;D

@billstein
It is just a inkjet waterslide decal and some clear-gloss enamel to top it off, no envirotex. After building so many pedals, I got the waterslide/clear-coat down fairly well; however, I do want to try envirotex as it does look great.

Thanks. Got one more. What kind of clear-coat do you use?

This is a really nice build.  I am impressed with how good the label looks.

I use this exact stuff in the picture.
Spray technique is important:
Do 2 spray "sessions" about 5-6 minutes apart.
Hold about 10-12 inches away and spray a smooth, even coat forward, back, then forward again (i.e. 3 passes total). Repeat this in about 5-6 minutes as first coat has time to settle/smooth out.

You can spray the enclosure propped at an angle but make sure you place it flat right after spraying

With a little practice you should get a glass-smooth finish

Thanks for the details.
