HI mate,

Try the Power Pellet project that Chromesphere on these forum's came up with :)

It's for helping to reduce mains power hum, so it might be of assistance to you, plus it doesn't take up much real estate on the pedalboard ;)

Here's the link for the Power Pellet:

http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=3316.0

It's perfect for a beginner level DIY guy like me, so if you are experienced with electronics then it should be really easy. There's only 5 components :)

That said, sometimes it's the little things that make the difference :)

My Power Pellet project is currently underway, and I'm looking forward to it being a permanent fixture on my board :)

I am also looking for a noise gate pedal as well to complement this, I too stack O/Ds, and like you I want to reduce as much noise as possible without putting my guitar back in the case, and unplugging everything.... :P

I have a Telecaster mod, with Single coil P/ups.

Do you also have a Telecaster??

Is your guitar "Shielded" ??

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Vero board, I'm just wondering if I can cut a small section off without affecting the rest of the board, and is it safe to use a small saw blade to cut the vero? Can I use scissors? what is the better method?
I only want a small section. Will this have an effect on the rest of the board?
