For those wanting to give KiCad a go, it also has an "Import Eagle" option. Not tried it in anger, but from what I remember it pulled in the board OK.

I changed from Eagle to KiCad a while ago, and found that once I got used to the way things are done in KiCad I became just as unproductive in KiCad as I had been in Eagle.
The biggest mind shift was that packages are separate from symbols. So part of the round trip is to assign what package I want for the symbol ( a lot of the newer ones have a default package selected now ).

To align the two layers with toner transfer, I transfer the first side, and then drill 4 (or more) of the .6mm holes towards the outside of the board. I then use sewing pins to push through the back of the transfer, through the holes and into some corrugated cardboard. Then apply the iron to side 2. YMMV

So this morning I got up and decided to to a Zero wiring effect. Seeing as I have some extra PT2399's a Rebote it shall be.
This is a test to see if I can do this.

Plan is to drill the enclosure, mount the two pcb mount jacks in the enclosure and then solder the board on.

Layout works, except for laying out the pots backwards.

I could be wrong, but please check the wiring on the DC jack. It looks to me like it is wired in reverse ?
