So I took out the jumper for pin 3 and 4 and grounded lug one of the delay pot. Now when I engage the footswitch, all I get is a initial pop from the footswitch followed by the delay of said popping sound, but no guitar coming through.

Hi, I have just finished building the sea urchin. I have tested it with I/O breakout ox and it worked it was a little bit noisy, but still worked. Then I proceeded to box it using my new 1776 3PDT board. But when I engage the footswitch my guitar signal still goes through but with no effect. Please help.

Thank you

2.Pulsating electrical noise, the pulse is beating at 190bpm, I am using a fresh battery. I tested the circuit on my beavis board without realising I missed an electro cap, but I quickly soldered it on and i still get the noise.

3. I suspected it is a solder bridge somewhere, I had problems with the gain pot on the circuit and fixed it by cutting a solder bridges. Also this is only happening on high gain.

4. No substitutions
