I have one. I would be happy to send it to you, but I may not be able to get it in the mail for a couple of days. If you are able to wait, it is yours.

Hello,

Not sure if they are the most economical, but I have used Redco.com.

Just got on the list as an educator. Probably won't happen for several weeks but I am happy to at least be on the list.

I have been waiting for someone to post about these.

I know that Tom at Spiral Effects is using them in his pedals. He was also behind the revival of DOD pedals.

I am curious what people find in using these.

I commented on FB, but this surprise looks a lot like a link above. Is that giving it away too quick?

Open Discussion / Re: Podcast for guitar players

Agreed. This is the podcast that got me listening to podcasts. Jude is a great player and I love that this podcast involves the player with a guitar in hand.

General Questions / Re: Cascadia OD More Boost

I think this is what you are remembering:
http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=26497.60

The gist is to try different values for R5. If I understand correctly, lower values give more boost. I have a pretty low value in my build currently and it has a significant boost when activated. Maybe too much, I may need to go visit that again.

Anyway, I hope this is helpful.

Open Discussion / Re: Carvin audio packed it in

Steve Vai has been with Carvin for awhile. I am curious where he will end up next. I imagine there are a lot of amplifier companies that would like to add him to their roster.

I just saw this, too. Very cool. Congratulations on the coverage. I hope this means that things are continuing to grow.

I just see a list of future bands and/or pedal names.
Full disclosure, I am not above using them myself. ;)

Looks cool!

Any chance you would share the project files?

This looks very similar to my board. I used the same shelf. I have actually reworked it a few times.
I also ordered some pedal links. I like them much better than velcro. They are really just bicycle chain links, so I ended up spending $5 on a bike chain and took it apart. You get a lot more links for a lot less money.

I was wondering how the volume pedal angle worked on your board. I think I have a steeper angle, so I hated the angle for my volume pedal. Curious how yours works.

I am starting to think that Thom York is slowly morphing into Willie Nelson.

I am listening to the new album right now. I am at work, so I am not able to really listen. Will withhold judgement until I can give it a focused listen.
