Hum, higher voltage ok but on the schematic the capacitor is between the input and a nut...

So that means that I can put the capacitor in any polarity ?
The value requested on the schematic is 100nF and I use 0.1uF... I think that's the same

Hi,

I was wondering if i can use a polarized Cap instead of a non polarized one in the Slambox ?
If yes, in which sens ? Does the polarity still matters or not ?
When I bought my coponents I didn't pay attention to the non-polarity of the C1 (100nF)...

I know that's not a big question but i didn't find any thing about it and I'm in somewhat a very big noob in electronics, the Slambox is my first build.
