Thanks so much for these awesome ideas. I did most of them (I didn't change the tonestack or make the Dwell circuit), but I am so happy with the pedal. Here's a video demo of mine (actually I only had it on my board for a few days and then my brother wanted to  or myself).

Was this issue ever resolved. I have exactly the same problem, but I check all the resistor values listed and they are correct. I'm wondering if there is any adjustment that needs to be made since I am using the higher voltage with the Road Rage board. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get this resolved? I'm having exactly the same issue with my Pork Barrel. What's weird is that it worked perfectly and then I boxed it (redoing virtually all the hookup wire) and then this loud/distorted problem arose.
