Uh... these guitars were regularly $899. Are you saying you traded a $900 guitar for a $400 iPad?

Jacob

Despite regularly being $899, I didn't get a single email about it when I posted it on Kijiji for $500, so I returned it to Best Buy. Like I said, I thought it was a nice enough guitar, but I greatly preferred the two Les Paul Junior's that I've owned over the SG. 90% of the time I play acoustic as of late, I definitely didn't need the SG, it was an impulse buy.

I kept my 50's SG for about two weeks, never really warmed up to it so I traded it in for an iPad. I thought it was good for the price, but felt pretty standard for a ~$600 guitar. My Gretsch Electromatic ProJet and Fender Tele Deluxe (Mexican) both feel like better guitars to me.

I'm a big fan of The Flatliners, their newest album is not quite as heavy as their past work, but still very solid.

I've had my eye on the Dunlop one as it has quite a few outputs, but at a smaller price point than the Voodoo Lab ones. Anyone tried that?

The Dunlop Power Brick is non-isolated, so basically just a 1-Spot or any other daisy chain in an enclosure.

The glarey one is an El Cap. I also have an XP-100 that I'm slowly converting into a XP-300.

We got it good here in Winnipeg too. It's a bummer.

I just found out that Live 9 Suite and Push will cost $1290 plus tax! A little rich for me, the OP-1 might end up on my doorstep sooner than I had anticipated.

Oh my gosh no the OP-1 is so cool thanks for hipping me to that!! I'm tired of stuff that requires a computer to operate. If the OP-1 has full odd time signature support I will be giving it a good long look! Not sure what it has to do with Ableton audio to MIDI but who cares!
;)

I think Teenage Engineering had a Black Friday sale last year, I imagine they'll have one again this year and you can save a few bucks.  I still want an OP-1, but maybe after Ableton Push. The OP-1 would be the perfect little cabin/camping DAW

I was eyeing up the Teenage Engineering OP-1 until I saw the new Ableton Push, I think that'll be my next non-guitar purchase.

I didn't love the CB30 when I had it, but really liked the Naga Viper (unfortunately I traded it for the CB30). To me the CB30 sounded a bit thin through my amps, it actually made me want a Voxish amp rather than satisfy my desire for one. The Naga Viper on the other hand was a fantastic pedal, I should've held on to it.

Very nice! I may have to pick one up.

Edit: Ordered one! On yours, are outputs 3-5 and 6-7 daisy-chained? My plan is to have isolated outs for my Strymon pedals and Sea Machine, dirt pedals will likely be daisy chained with a voltage sag option for one or two of them. If possible I'd like to have a dedicated outlet for my XP-100 which I think is DC (so a Road Rage would be used), not sure of the current draw of the pedal though. Also, are you making your own power cables or are you buying them?
