Mark at Cabintech has been pretty reasonable about it at this stage, however I hope they refund me for faulty chips. I also wont be able to get back tax paid importing them, so hopefully I dont get burnt too much.

I just bought quite a few NOS mn3102 & MN3207 from Cabintech after reading the recommendation.
30% worked
genuine mixed in with fakes, pretty disappointed.

did you select custom  enclosures?   that requires 10  ( ones that get drilling and powder coating etc?

just had a look   i think they recently made some upgrades to their website , looks like its linked to customised enclosures,
send them an email

just wondering if anyone else needs a set in australia?   would sell them at cost plus postage?

capacitors in Total recall build  1/2 watt  27pf (C2)   1 watt 150pf?  (C30)

http://www.madbeanpedals.com/projects/TotalRecall/Total%20Recall.pdf

I wouldn't have a clue what wattage the caps i buy are , they are 50v    is this critical value?

what have others used?  I dont buy from Mouser as im from Australia

i usually use eBay/Tayda/Futurlec

i used the fake mn3005s from small bear, but a little whine came in , plus had no clip led,
im interested in building with pcb mounted and cool audio chips,
ive got  a aquapuss on my breadboard with 2 x v3205 chips, that im really happy with, and super quiet, much better than the  micro man, but the micro man is still good and also a one sided etch
