How Do I? Beginner's Paradise. / BOM/components purchasing

I've built 2 of the Parasit kits (successfully!) and would like to try my first build from a PCB only (http://ldesoras.free.fr/elec/aelis/aelis-eng.html). I've purchased random components before, but never a full BOM. Is Mouser a good option for a USA purchase? Somewhere else?
