Here are some of my kids. I think you can gather where my preferences lie.

Player 1st, builder second.
IF I have spare time, I'm much more likely to practice than build-mod.
I have a hankering to do 2 projects at the moment.
I have a Glitterati build I want to get rolling, and I have a DS-1 Allums' Recto Plus mod I want to install.

You can find my band on the web or youtube.

I missed the discussion before the poll, and I like the Magical Pig, the other reference that came to mind was
"Sweet Lucy" was a dancer
but none of us would chance her
because she was a Samurai.
She made electric shadows from her fingertips
but none of us could reach that high.

Either 'Sweet Lucy' or 'Electric Shadow'

I had the 18v Mistress and the depth control really had the deep pingy sweeping sound Zappa had on Joe's Garage.

I like the Zappa reference, and my Electric Mistress (With Filter Matrix) really had that Zappa sound down. Magical PIG! Stick it out...

I'm mainly a MIDI rack user, but that said, I still after updating my rig, decided I need a PT-Pro.
I'm running a Rocktron MIDI Controller for patch changes, an expression pedal for parameter control, a wah and volume pedal (1 ea.)
Needless to say, setup is not bad, but the time could be reduced by mounting everything.

I only have one multi-fx unit, which is the TC Electronic G Major (1st edition), the rest are discrete devices like the MXR Digital Time Delay, Dunlop Rack Crybaby, and the RJM Mini Amp Gizmo, which handles the switching of my Mesa Mark V via MIDI and an amp specific cable.
Control where I need it and instant access.

@ Home, I only have 3 actual pedals, a channel switch for my Studio .22, my TC Flashback delay and Holy Grail Reverb. Since I started frequenting this forum, that may soon change, Gltteratti being 1st on the list, but that aside, I don't know if I'll go full on pedal board or not, It may tidy things up, but as it stands, my home gear is for recording, so all my effects are on top of my amp.
(Shorter cable runs for the fx loop)

This looks great, one or two questions, how did you support the board, just foam adhesive spacer on the back of the board or?
2nd where did you end up ordering your parts, I love the clean look of the caps.

Anyone?

Is there a difference other than paint scheme and A.T.'s sig on the pedal?

I'm a Bio-medical eng. by trade, but I am a Clinical applications specialist for a major medical company.
One thing I haven't seen offered when de-gooping pedals is anyone in the field who offers to x-ray pedals for PC board traces. They show up nicely if you use the right technique. :)

Nice build, i wanted to do one similar to this, but it just seemed too silly to devote the time to, but you've caused me to amend that idea.

BTW,
Just because I know this doesn't make me less of a man, does it?
It was from the Ting-Tings video, "That's not my name", the song you love to hate.

More questions:

The New board that is released, is it still the same as the 3.5 build sheet, or have things significantly changed? I'm just debating purchasing another board and having one for me and a friend I've been teaching guitar to for a while.
Josh sold me his spare and I'm feeling saucy since I sold my old ProCo Rat I have some spare cash sitting in my Paypal acct for just such an event as this.

Thanks,

Thanks, I just don't generally use the lower values, everything in in micro, or pico I've ever had to service.

So, riddle me this, some of the values on the Glitteratti parts list are a lil odd, like 4k7, I'm guessing that means 47k?
Then the 220R is that just 220 Ω, lastly, the cap values there are some listings in "n"?
Is that a typo?

1uF
C3 51pf
C4 47n
C5 220n

I've been an amplifier bench tech for a while and haven't seen a n rating on any caps?!
