Did you all lay out the PCB yourselves?  I went to David Rolo's website and only saw a schematic for this.

Good call. It does seem similar.

I believe the V1000 is a clone of the Wavefront/Alessis AL3102, which is the core of several rack reverbs and other effects from the late 80s. The AL3102 is also the heart of the Dr. Scientist Reverberator.

It looks like the Accutronics brick is based not on the AL3102, but the AL3201:

The programs and even their order are exactly the same except that the vocals remover (karaoke!) was replaced with a chorus/delay.
