This is killer.  Tube Factor is a great pedal!  Nicely done.

These look great.

Which layout did you use for these?  I built mine using the mkc1 board and then tweaked to sunking values.  It sounds very close to my buddy's original, but I'd like to try building the full version with the charge pump and buffer.  My first vero "K" attempt failed.  Thanks.

I too have built one of these.  I went through the schematic and subbed values from the updated schematic at fsb.  My buddy has an original and I was able to do a direct comparison.  Very very close.  The MKC1, after the part substitutions, is definitely in the klon wheelhouse.  The subtle differences between my build and the original may come down to diode choice.  I currently have 1n34a's in there, but my next step is to wire up a bunch of diode combinations on a rotary switch and see if that gets me any closer.  Totally satisfied with the sound of the circuit as I have it now, but I'm curious to see if I can get the rest of the way there.

I'm really looking forward to building a Kingslayer!

Awesome.  I'll have to give Amplitube 3 a try if I can get my hands on a copy.  I'd be interested to hear your take on them both once you've taken Guitar Rig for a test drive.  As a side note, LOVE the Apogee stuff.  Real game changer.  The difference in quality is clearly apparent compared to some of the other A/Ds out there.

Guitar Rig is pretty powerful.  I think it can be made to sound hyper realistic.  I work as an engineer in a commercial music facility in nyc and most of the composers on staff are using a combination of Guitar Rig and the Line 6 POD.  The SansAmp plugin is great for bass and for some out guitar tones.  If you plan to use an in the box modeler like guitar rig or amplitube, you need to have a pretty decent interface.  USB isn't going to cut it.  Latency city.
