This was a fun build! I breezed through it in a hour or so one night and realized it isn't that complicated. Great sound. The only trouble I had was drilling the 125B. Not sure what happened but I had the jacks too low close to the switch so when they would go in, they wouldn't fit all the way. So I put it into a 1590BB since I ran out of 125B's. I used an iRig Pre to hook up an SM57 to my iPhone and am able to get some very surprisingly good quality recordings (just so it's not my phone mic anymore). Here be pics!

I have a weird idea involving a photocell controlling a feedback loop, and wondered if it were at all possible to use a momentary switch. The idea would be to hit the switch and hold it, and the longer I hold it (I'm just thinking a few seconds really), it fades from no light to full brightness, the light then is opening the path in the feedback loop causing craziness! I had a flashlight and was trying it out and it sounded neat, but I'm having trouble searching online for something like this. I'm not sure if maybe this would be more in the realm of microcontrollers/programming, which I know nothing about  :P Anybody?
