I built 2 Zero Point Super deluxe pedals back in the day, and love the Ghost feature along with the modulation. Are there any pcb's available that have a similar sound/features?

I've finished building a zpsdx2 and have it wired as true bypass. Bypass passes signal. Pedal on passes signal but with no delay. If I have the volume for either output up, I can hear the delay changing, while changing the delay time with the hiss from the tape switch enabled. No audible chorus on output, but it's led is working.  Voltages are pretty close on all ics and transistor collectors, except ic 2 pin 7 is 1.663, and pin 8 is 2.336. Are the leds at d4 & d5 supposed to be illuminating, or are they being used as diodes here? Mine are not illuminating. I've reflowed all solder joints, checked all polarized caps for correct polarity, checked all diode polarities, pot values, and checked wiring for the 4th time. I've been audio probing, and I'm getting audio signal on pin 9 & pin 15 of ic2, and chorused signal on pin 12 of ic2. Nothing on the input (pin16) at all! No signal at all on ic3. On the input side of ic2,  I get signal all the way up to r11, where it doesn't pass thru. R11 is the correct value and I don't see any solder bridges.
Can anyone think of any spots to check?

I replaced the VTL5C1 and it seems to be in working order now.

That was it. Thanks again!

Oh, oops! Thanks I'll try this tonight.

Yes, I believe so. It appears to be the same as the silk screen on the board, since schematics show each emitter through a resistor ( r5, r11, r16, and r23) to ground. I'm assuming these transistors are a suitable fit here? I have socketed these connections also.

Hi, I've finished a mudbunny pcb with the Green Russian parts that I've acquired and it is not passing signal when engaged.  The person I got it from had 2N3708 in the bag for the Q1-4 positions. I assume these will work here?
The only other changes are the mid pot mod - Replaced C10 with a 22n cap
Replace R3 with a 22k to 25k potentiometer. Is this correct for the mid pot mod?
When using an audio probe, working from output backwards in the schematics, The signal drops drastically at the other (input) side of c10. Not sure whats happening here. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Here are the dc voltages for the transistors:
Q1  e .37
      b .375
      c  1.075
Q2  e .37
      b .374
      c 1.075
Q3  e .367
      b .371
      c 1.070
Q4  e 1.995
      b 1.999
      c 2.7

Thanks!

Well crap I lost effect again. I'll take it home and poke around again. I did seem to notice the depth didn't seem as deep as it possibly should be?

Found a wire that had a bad connection on intensity via's on pcb. fixed! Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the replies. I'll try looking in these areas tomorrow. This is a production pcb. I've got a few projects from someone getting out of DIY zone.
Edit: the led flashes correctly in response of the pulse pot, just non tremelo sound, but with output gain and boost level active.

Hi, I built a Double Flush that works great and the the tremolo has stopped. The led flashes according to the speed and the output amp works, just no tremolo. I slept on it and checked it today and it worked fine. I checked for loose solder joints, wires, or shorts, and couldn't see anything. Went to box it up and it stopped again! I'd assume that the balance or intensity pots would be in the vicinity. Looking at the schematics, can someone suggest a checking point?
