Ha ha. It was a multiple ground issue and it sounds GREAT now. Crazy how many ground points this thing needs

Only happens in bypass. I used the BOM caps but should they be increased?

I can't seem to get enough power at the 9V once I ground to the board. I get 9.45V when I have the adapter not attached to the board ground but I get less than 1V when I ground it to the board. What am I missing?
