LeeVibe, lyric confusion should be a whole other thread.  As a teenager I knew the name of the Sade song 'Smooth Operator' and still thought she was saying 'Oooh Babaretta'.
This is also a confession that I would entertain and sing out loud a Sade song amongst the Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, DRI etc that I was listening to at the time.

I let the decal dry for exactly 12 hours.  The envirotex pour went surprisingly well.  Nice coverage to the edge.  Went back about an hour later and the edges of the decal were pulling up! I guess this is where the Solvaset would have benefitted me.  I'm goning to let it dry 48 hrs and practice drilling the holes.  Will probably end up redoing the whole thing.  Live and learn.

Great suggestion bcalla.  Josh, you make a good point also about watermarks.  Wouldn't have thought about that.  Looks like no Micro Sol unless I'm not happy with the results.

I don't bake.  It says to let it dry 12 hours.  This is my second go at it.  The first one I sprayed with clear coat and you can see the edge of the decal pretty clearly.  Didn't know if the epoxy resin hid the edge any better.  I'd prefer to skip the micro sol step (it'd save me a trip to the Hobby store tomorrow and I could envirotex tonight).  I'm pretty impatient unfortunately.

I'm planning on my first envirotex enclosure and I've applied the waterslide decal.  Will I benefit from buying some Micro Sol or will the envirotex make irrelevant?

I visit Damn You Auto Correct website every few months.  It takes about 5 minutes, but eventually I am laughing hysterically , tears and all.  Sad part is, it's not really THAT funny.  But never fails to produce the same results.

I concur.  Just wanted to add that the service is top notch.  I ordered several boards on this past Tuesday and had them in my mailbox on Thursday.  Granted, were only a couple hundred miles away from each other but he would have had to package and ship them within a couple of hours for that to have happened.  Thanks for great boards and service!

Dang! I might just try to adjust a set screw just right and push it down on the shaft.  Don't want to drop $10 plus shipping on some knobs.

I'm placing an order with Tayda tonight.  They have 6x6 pieces.  Either Phenolic or Epoxy FR4.  If I'm etching boards with acid which do I want?

Thanks Clayford!  Hopefully I'll have a friend who has calipers.
