actually sounds really nice and springy. As long as the fact you can't adjust the decay time doesn't bother you I'd definitely recommend it

My friend actually built this (I'm helping him get into building pedals) but I did the artwork and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Built on the FuzzDog PCB

Currently building the Pork Barrel, does anyone have a good source for an MN3007 in the UK?

Built from the pedal parts kit. Pretty frustrating build this one, messed up the decal and tried out single core wire for the offboard wiring which was a real pain to work with!

Anyway, at least it works and it sounds massive!

General Questions / Pseudo Biphase
October 03, 2016, 12:23:48 PM
After my Mutron Phasor II build I'm thinking about sticking two in an enclosure to make a pseudo Biphase.

Would be missing some of the features of the original but one thing I would like to replicate is a switch to have the phasers running in parallel or series. How would I go about wiring a switch to do this?

Great looking builds! Fuzzdog does great stuff.

Is that a waterslide decal on the Twin Peaks?

nope just a transparent sticky label with two coats of automotive spray lacquer over the top

Those look great! Especially like the Rauschkreig, Footprint, and Twin Peaks.

Thanks man, always fun to mess around with different finishes. Most pleased with the Twin Peaks where I really took my time with the painting and lacquering and I think I achieved a more "professional" finish as a result

Double Boost (Super Duper clone)

Blood Eagle (Great Destroyer clone)

Forest Fuzz (tweaked silicone ToneBender)

Timepiece (JHS Morning Glory clone)

Twin Peaks Overdrive (Timmy clone)

Looks super! I should really box mine up...such a nice sounding phaser.

Thanks!

It sounded great but really subtle. The build doc only specifies a 5mm yellow LED which is what I bought, but when I looked at the Tayda LED Bangarang had bought for his original project it is 2000-3000mcd whereas the one I bought from Bitsbox in the UK is only 36mcd. I have now removed my original LED and am awaiting a 2500mcd LED.

So word to the wise, use a 2000-3000mcd yellow diffused LED for the correct effect
