Something is amiss- you def should not pick up radio stations. I would guess a grounding issue of some sort but don't know enough to offer more info. My Zombii never picks up any radio that I can tell you with certainty.

Awesome job! Outstanding. But dude, MESSY?? Are you kidding? Pffft. My first build is a rat's nest. Also, I own an OCD and I don't use it anymore- a love/hate but I might look into building one w mods like you have done and sell the OCD.

Dude, you can do RSS feed of the search and get new results instantly as they appear- you never have to check the site again. Also this is good too for nation wide searches and might be able to RSS search string here too:

Also, even if you contact someone first they will still can find out the value before you get there. the RSS method is soo good and saves so much time. just be sure to get your search string just right before. Hope you score a cheap one though. Magic hipped me to build kits for similar amps and I am going to look into that further- his Champ build was pretty damn simple!

Can't follow much of what you said as I am a beginner. 
What is MBP and why would a board allow you to use a diff switch? Could you not hand wire the better quality switches also?

If you search around there are 3PDT wiring boards available that can ease the pain of some of the offboard wiring.  Although they're currently sold out, THESE are particularly awesome

Just a note- within hours of deciding to put my name and actual city where I live I was contacted by and met up with Magic (bigmufffuzzwizz) who lives walking distance from my house. You never know!

So I had a great hang with bigmufffuzzwizz yesterday and got a boatload of tips and info. Very cool. I updated the pics- and I am pretty certain I am going to rewire the whole thing at some point- I need to get some things first like a better iron and wire that does not melt so easy and other things. New solder, shrink tubing, etc.
Anyway I love the damn thing- did some quick improvs running it along with a FT Distortion Pro and also the Zombii. It does crazy things depending on the intervals you play on the guitar- ugly and tense and love the resolve when you hit notes that sing together with this thing.

I got my order just fine. Ya, woulda been nice to have bags labelled but you know I have to id them by eye and DMM also so in the end not that important- though the diodes were a challenge as I could't read them and DMM just shows if they are leaky or bad or whatever. The LEDs were all labelled as to their color. I also had to ask multiple questions along the way as a noob and Steve always emailed me very quickly with answers.
