@Cody BTW, I swear by your enclosure etching.
As for calibrating, I eventually used that ole ehx DEM alignment process (see attached) with scope & function generator for setting the clock frequency as well as the feedback.
Luckily it worked like a charm.
Now I'm looking forward to my Pork Barrel PCB.
