Ok, I usually order pots from Small Bear or Tayda like everybody else but...
Does Mouser actually carry an equivalent of the Alpha pot like Small Bear carries?

I've browsed through the Alpha product index to see if there was something new that took its place or if model numbers changed but I don't really see anything different.

I see they have the RV16AF-42-15R1 but arent those the long pin version?

I found some comments about how the the Digitech Freqout does it digitally. (Also, There is apparently a Fender Runaway feedback pedal that does something similar but is housed in a wah type enclosure.)

It seems like at least something interesting could be done non-digitally with compression and the mixing of the phase cancelled signal even if it doesn't sound exactly like natural feedback.

I believe Peter at VFE is doing something very similar with the Standout, Pinball, and Dragon. They have the hpf and lpf controls with the added bonus of a switch that selects between one or two poles which looks like it's just disconnecting one side of a dual gang pot.

The RUP and Klein Bottle also have these controls, but they work more as a crossover for multiband separation which is how I tend to use those Broughtons, with a Boss LS2 in mix mode, one in each loop.

They are active two pole

I have also found these are uncommon but very useful.

I don't understand why it says can't ship to USA, didn't they get it from there. I thought thomann was even a drop shipper so that would make even less sense.

Edit: Looks like there is/was a whole line of these... The S Series. How did I miss that?

Is digital the only way to generate feedback in a pedal like the Boss FB-2 does?

I know there are the feedback loop type pedals out there which seems to be something different.

I didn't realize they had the transient switch in there for a couple of years now. I thought it was something new.

Gibson says it's passive... So it's just ahigh frequency lpf?
