These are all really cool. I especially like the color scheme on the Lowrider. I haven't boxed mine yet but was thinking of something in the pink or purple neighborhood with these kind of knobs. I've wondered if it was possible to find a hammertone like this. Did you spray that yourself, or did you get it from a supplier there in Japan like some of your other boxes?

Yeah that one was from the same supplier as my blue hammertone retrograde.
It's a great colour, even funkier in real life. Unfortunately they are running out of stock of a lot of their enclosures and putting up 'discontinued' notices  :'(

The red wrinkle case I bought in a shop, it looks cool but scratches off a bit too easily.

The seafoam green Mudbunny is from Mammoth, nice colour. The drill pattern was very tricky to work with though everything is bunched up together. If I order from them again I'll order undrilled.

Cool, I've never tried SMT but I'd be really proud if that was my first attempt.

Great concept build.

I've always loved asteroids even though I'm terrible at it.

Thanks guys.
The faceplates are a transparent film sticker with a laminate top coat, designed for outdoor use I think, it makes it water resistant and cuts UV. I stuck them on thin sheets of white vinyl. The only problems are that the black ink seems to bleed slightly and the laminate sheet has a slightly milkiness to it that's noticeable on the black. I'm still searching for the perfect sticker.

Hey Paul,
The transistors sound great although if I max everything it gets a bit squealy. I'll try playing with the sag to see if that helps but to be honest there's is so much gain on the Bumblebee that I don't feel the need to max it.
I expected a thin 60s sound but it's so warm and beefy!

The bumblebee is using Mullard tropical fish film caps and Roderstein lytics (a cheap xicon for the power)
the carbon comps may be Allen Bradley, Kamaya or Xicon, or perhaps a mix. I forgot ;D
Road Rage is bog standard.

The Prince Albert has a mix of Mallory, Vishay and SOZO film caps, a funky styrene cap for one of the pfs and a high voltage mlcc for the other, and Nichicon lytics. Dale resistors throughout. Those standing caps make it a tight squeeze. :o

Just adding some gut shots.

SJ Effects Prince Albert. Caps galore and my first attempt at a home made stamp.

Bumblebee with full mojo and Chromesphere transistors. I really recommend this fuzz.

Here is my Nautilus. I wanted to do something like the original Mutron with a twist. Partly inspired by sst4270's "Nauti-tron" artwork.

Actually the doc says to have the trimpot fully counter (anti) clockwise, i.e. at zero.
That could be your trouble.

Just finished my Nautilus today. What a beast  ;D

Thanks guys. a lot of love for the rub a dub. Maybe I should have entered that in the April competition.

Oh well, I just entered the Honeydripper. Here are some shots and a demo of that one.
