I set this layout to test the volume is low and has a whistle to increase the volume at maximum sound seems as if it was playing with a weak 9v battery, has anyone had this problem?

Greetings ... I built the layout egodriver, after doing testing to finalize the surprise .. did not work .. I followed all pdf with all components listed .... I wonder if some flaw in the layout, since I read that this was reformulated .... just the volume button nothing works .... I thank you
