I My first order from PPP.  I ordered 6 enclosures from they last Thursday... haven't heard a word.  I usually expect a ship confirm by now.  I sent an email yesterday also, and have not gotten a response.

Just wondering if this is normal.  I can see it taking a few days if they are all being painted on demand.

What is the typical turnaround for PPP?

I built a friend a kingslayer for christmas.  He love it but says it is acting a bit strange on him.

First when plugged in to his rack(he has an avid eleven) hey says there is a slight hiss, he said he can get rid of it post recording but if I can do something to remove it I want to.  Is this hiss just inherent in the design?  Is is after all an analog pedal.  Is there anything I can do?

Also, less important, but he says when plugged in to his amp he needs to have the volume cranked to get a good overdriven sound out of it.  So loud in fact that it is no where near unity... and he cant really use it there. 

Anyway, if you have a suggestion, please let me know.

How do you do it?  I typically use laser water slides..., but sometimes rather than a fancy graphic I just want some white lettering on a dark colored pedal.

I made this as a gift for someone.  It sounds so good I think I'll have to make one for myself.  Just thought I would share.  No gutshot, sorry... if you have built one of these, I'm sure you can imagine how ugly it is inside.

Anyone notice that Mouser is no longer sticking the TDK and Murata caps needed for the baby board builds?

Anyone know where I can find a pcb for a bitcrusher?  I would really like to build a pedal that can get me some 8-bit sounds.  I can etch my own board, if a layout is available.

hey guys, I'm in the middle of my runt build and I thought it might be nice to add some LED clipping. 

Has anyone tried putting the diodes on a switch?  I'm thinking diodes/LED clipping, nothing to fancy, I still need to fit it in to that tiny box.  I have both 3mm and 5mm red led... not sure why red is recommended, but I'm thinking of trying it out, any thoughts?

My first 1590A build was an lpb1 I called it the elevenizer.  I used beans drill template to see if I could actually get something in to a box that small. 

Well it worked and now I'm building a bunch of baby boards really love them.  Below is a picture o my afterlife and my cave dweller.  I really like them both.  The afterlife is great, subtle but great.  The cave dweller is pretty amazing.  Given the low parts count I'm amazed it works as well as it does.  Both easy builds too.

Not sure where to look but I just got my smoothie together, matched jfets and all.  Unfortunately I only get clean sound... that is, when the pedal is off, I get a clean signal... and when it is on... I still get sound... but no real phaser effect.

I'm hoping you guys can suggest what I should be looking at and or checking... usuallu if I have a problem it is I get no sound... not clean sound.

I need a 30pf cap for my Runt build, but I cant find one anywhere?

Anyone know where to source one?  or can I just grab a 33/27 pf cap as a replacement?  If so should I go high or low?
