Difficult Level: MAX!  8)
This is a Pork Barrel (the first layout) with Vibe, Deep and Bass mods and a Level pot, and a EA Tremolo with two 2N5089 (one in place of the 2N3904, this mod increase considerably the depth nearly to a square wave).
The EA Tremolo has the boost mod (a toggle that bypass the tremolo LFO and leave the preamp section, so it can be used as a final boost for solos!)

Well, we're increasing in difficulty level.
Here we have a Deep Blue Delay/Sea Urchin and a Rub-A-Dub Reverb.
As we can see, there are two presets switchable by a footswitch (I think I'll use one for the clean parts and one for the distorted ones).
One f.s switch on the Delay, the other one is of the presets (with the LED of the preset always on) and another one switch on the reverb (Medium time brick).
The reverb has the level pot (a 25K pot in place of R5 to cut/boost).

Hi!
The Mephisto is a Stone Grey/Rainy Day with a LPB1 (a super-mini resized layout that someday I'll surely post here) that boosts before it to increase the distortion, switchable by a toggle.
Here are some pics... Diablo II graphic of course (or of curse!)  ;D

Build Reports / Look at this MOJO!!!
June 11, 2012, 03:10:40 PM

I don't even know what it is, but it look so good! XD
I've found it desoldering an onld TV, looking for some old trannie and other vintage stuff...
Does anyone knows what it is? I'd like to put it in some FX just as a mascotte! XD

Build Reports / Boogeyman or Elephant Chunk Chunk
June 11, 2012, 03:03:17 PM
Lots of wire to solder inside this Boogeyman.
Here we have:
Bass (22nF cap), Mid, Treble, Cut (presence)
Two drive settings and a third Level pot
The trannies are three 2N5457 and two J201 (Q4 & Q5), so it seems to get all the drive pot usable from 1 to 10!
Think I'll mod it with a Bass Cut toggle to switch among 3 different C12 caps (as I read here in some topic).

Glitter Yellow box and a Celtic circle with what I suppose should be three dogs eating each other! XD

Build Reports / Pure Octaver AKA Low Rider
June 11, 2012, 02:51:15 PM
Hi guys!
This is the Pure Octaver, a nice clean octaver with looots of dBs, so I've mounted a trimmer to decrease the amount of volume so that the clean pot at 12 o' clock is unitary to the bypassed signal.
Here's some pics:

Inside view (damn, 2.0 megapixel camera! XD)

Build Reports / Range Tiger! Hot like Hell
April 17, 2012, 08:29:50 PM
Ok, I was joking... now it comes the monster!
Explanation comes next!

Listen to this now:
3 PCBs
1) Original Dallas Rangemaster clone (Npn germanium transistor)
2) Brian May Treble Booster clone (Npn silicon transistor)
3) Linear Power Booster clone

There is a toggle switch to select between Silicon and Germanium boards, a toggle switch to select between 3 different EQ (Treble/Mid-Treble/Almost Full), the pot is the classic Boost control.
The LPB is setted with a trimmer to the max boost to increase ABSURDLY the boost range (at 9 o'clock of the Boost pot, the pedal destroys the walls!)...

Build Reports / Crusher
April 17, 2012, 08:15:32 PM
The Crusher aka Crunch Box (with red LED), that's absolutey my favorite distortion pedal! Sounds so good! I'm working on a new project 'bout it, with a toggle switch to select between red LEDs and Germ+Mosfet and a Bass/Treble tonestack... maybe another toggle switch for 3 different presence settings (open sound, little cut, dark sound), stay tuned!  8)
