Yes I am aware of all of the usual steps to fix problems that might arise. I was hoping to come across someone who may have had a similar issue with the filter to see how the fixed it.

Tech Help - Projects Page / Sharkfin filter issues
March 02, 2015, 08:24:31 PM
Guys, I have built a sharkfin. I used bf245a jfets, 2n3904, bc560, and all of the ic's from the bom. The sample hold sounds great. The filter is just really dark and none of the attack, decay, or range pots seem to do anything. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, are there any ways to get something useable out of the filter? Thanks

Id really like to build the original loophole but my pcb etching skills are not so great.  Since madbean doesnt have any for sale right now, maybe someone has an extra lying around.  email me at onthetundra@gmail.com

Tech Help - Projects Page / Low rider DOCT1 issue
April 23, 2012, 09:59:24 PM
Hey people,

I built my Low Rider and it sounds good but it has one issue.  The DOCT1 is not really functioning.  When I turn all of the other pots down and that pot up I can hear it very faintly and when I turn it down the faintness goes away.  The other pots work normally and the OCT up and DOCT2 are both loud and sound good.  Ive tried replacing all of the IC's and that hasnt helped.  Is there anything that jumps out right away as a possible problem?  Thanks,
Mark

Tech Help - Projects Page / chorus ticking issue
May 07, 2011, 07:20:52 PM
Hey Ive built 3 of these choruses and they all have ticking that is not fixed with the trimmer.  If I turn the trimmer to the point where the ticking stops, then the chorus effect is gone too.  Is there a simple way to filter this ticking out?  Thanks,
Mark

I for one think this absolutely has to happen.  Please make it so!  I love flangers.  I have the Mod Zero and it flipping kills.  An EM added to my board would be amazing too.

How do I get rid of the ticking tho?  THe trimpot goes from no signal and then once I get to a certain point its 100% noise and ticking.  Theres no in between.

Buffered with a DPDT as per the diagram.  And I tried different chips.  It has to be some kind of wiring thing right?  Why else would it work when engaged and then not work when disengaged?  I compared it with another I had built that works perfectly and I am stumped.  Has this ever happened to you?
