Title: Bean Board
Post by: frankie5fingers on April 14, 2013, 07:47:27 PM
Well, mostly anyway."
Weener wah - pretty heavily modified - pretty sweet sounding in a Crybaby shell.
Afterlife - mostly stock with an OPA 2134  considering others if you have a suggestion
Rangemaster - OC45 - 93 hFE and zero (really!) leakage.
Morning Glory (Ians's project) - C11 at 015uF and C12 022uF.
Klon/Klone/Clone - pretty much stock
Pastyface to ToneBender spec - OC76s
Deja Vibe - cause none of my builds sound better (so far)
Zia Drive - Again, it's perfect for what it does, don't need a replacement
Two Timer - Cause I have a Fulltone TTE but it doesn't fit on the board - which I also made.
No real reason to post, just thought I would, mostly to use the chance to thank all the folks here who helped me with them.
Fact is, I have all the originals of these pedals (except a KLON).  Fact is, for these to be the keepers means they really DO sound better than the originals.
Again, thanks to all for the help.
Now, teach me how to take a better friggin' picture...

No photography advice here, but that's a pretty sweet board. Are you going to build a Harbinger to try and dethrone the deja-vibe?  :D

I'd really like to, if for no other purpose than to get something with a Tonka decal on that end.  I tried the NeoVibe.  It sparked right up and everything measures as it should.  It sounds OK, but not as good as the MDV.  I'll have to see what the community has to say about it.  Did you build one?
