anybody ever use the russian P27 transistors in a build ?
how was it ?
use em again ?
Got a datasheet for that one? I read Russian, so I can tell you if they're appropriate for anything.
:) looks worthless
got a mail back from seller 5v :'(
these might work MP25B

They'll work in Q1 of a a few things (perc is probably the best choice). That whole series of transistors (MP) is very good sounding and low leakage. However, you need to be aware that they will mostly be on the low side of their gain rating. It's very easy to get an unusable series.
GT313 is one of the best PNP Russians. They're small, and they have a weird pinout, but they sound excellent and they're TINY. For NPN I prefer MP38A.
You can use a 5v transistor in Q1 of a Fuzz Face. None of the voltages get above ... 1v there. But that's one of the only places.
i was kind of looking for a all porpose trany (60-100ish)
gain em and throw on the shelf
lots of fuzz and benders coming up on the build list

haha amazing! any other hidden talents jon?
Da YA govoryu na russkom.khorosho
No Google delayer
I have a couple of P27 that I bought when
I was in Ukraine.I bought them together with some MP39 for a Fuzzface build and the P27 were just too poor.Didn't find any use for them yet. They're very poor on gain, but still, they appear to have low leackage contrary top the mp39's.
