Does anyone know what the grey metal transistors are? There are some BC108C's, a OC45, and some TO-92 packaged transistors in there as well.

Plus I found my old stash of salvaged transistors. I've got a bunch of salvaged 2N3565's now, in plastic TO-92 format :)
Lucky! You should see if you can googlerise some datasheets... time to build a fuzzface and start socketing those bad boys?
Considering that you have a little slip of carboard with this part number, they're in a bag marked PNP, and the package type is correct, I'd say ...
