Title: What are these?
Post by: alanp on October 06, 2012, 02:07:39 AM
Dad gave me a small box of parts, and some of them have no real markings on them --

Does anyone know what the grey metal transistors are? There are some BC108C's, a OC45, and some TO-92 packaged transistors in there as well.

Oh, and the bottom two shelves had some more goodies --

Plus I found my old stash of salvaged transistors. I've got a bunch of salvaged 2N3565's now, in plastic TO-92 format  :)

Considering that you have a little slip of carboard with this part number, they're in a bag marked PNP, and the package type is correct, I'd say ...

Nice!!
The oc45 is listed halfway down this page-

You got a buncha free germanium mojo there- have fun. Not sure about caps.
