Title: bitcrusher/aliaser
Post by: aballen on September 23, 2012, 12:40:52 PM
Anyone know where I can find a pcb for a bitcrusher?  I would really like to build a pedal that can get me some 8-bit sounds.  I can etch my own board, if a layout is available.

You can also do it with dual op amps.

Scruffie has, or recently had, the chip for this one. It's not cheap and it's rare so jump on it if you think you want to build this.

Search on DIYSB for more, these are just the two I looked up recently.

These look like super easy builds... the chips are available on ebay.

the dual op amp version is available at small bear.

any experience with these?

I prefer working with a verified board.
