Title: Where to get stripboard/veroboard?
Post by: oldhousescott on November 15, 2010, 04:19:36 AM
Brian et al,

Where do you buy your stripboard? Seems like there's plenty of places in the UK, but not much to chose from in the US. I know DIYstompboxes has that one board size, but I was looking for something a bit smaller.

it's not in the US, but futurlec sells some in 2 different sizes for fairly cheap.

Buy one of the big peices and cut it down to size. I found a big 8x10" peice in a mom and pop shop a while ago and still have a good size peice. I'm cutting chunks off with a Dremel. Peace. J.J.B.

vellman eurocard

I like this stuff they sell it at my local electronic shop and I like it because it's a little sturdier than the bandaid stuff. They also sell datak protoboard no. 12-619 which is a big 4x10" sheet. I don't know who sells it online but I am sure if you search for the part number it will show up.
