Title: Hot Rodded Boomstick
Post by: nzCdog on June 17, 2012, 12:41:14 AM
Finally finished this!  The friend I built a boomstick for liked it so much he wanted a second one, but this time with mods...

So this pedal has a switchable output buffer (kl0n) and an added bass control... pretty fiddly wiring this one up

Mods are very time consuming... jacks up top are a tight fit :-\
Sounds good, hope he likes it

All that and room for a battery!  Looks fantastic, inside and out.

With all that extra wiring from the mods and you still made it look good. Professional looking!

Noticeable differences between no buffer and buffer?

Not really (which means its a good buffer) ;)
A tiny bit of extra sparkle when using a long guitar cable
